The process is to ensure all the R&D work on physical equipment related to a new Mould Assembly Factory for LEGO. This cover all aspects of project management, factory layout design, equipment definition and specification, purchase of factory equipment and lines. Including Site Acceptance Test of all physical equipment, ensure training material and training of employees. More over it include specification and writing of IT Business Requirement Documentation for the IT system to the factory.

We defined a method for how to enable standardization between several factories within Quality in Operation LEGO. How to build the new organization and defined the strategy for how to achieve superior quality in operation.
